Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service at support@exploretobuy.com.

After 24 Hours: Cancellations requested after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund, as orders are processed promptly.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Return Process

2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Return Address: We will provide the return address upon request.
